Dare to Kare-e-oke!
The Dare is done!
On June 19th, I DARED to DEBUT-by singing my heart out Karaoke style, at Soprano's in Victoria.
As promised, I executed my dare completely unaided by any crutches, ie: alcoholic beverages.
I am grateful for the many generous donations that allowed me to exceed my goal of raising $2000!
Yes, it was embarrassing, and it was tough on the ears, but it was worth it to support the Family Caregivers' Network Society.
Caregiving is a tough job, but it's something you just do for the people you care about. Most of us will either be a caregiver or need to be cared for.
